The Tax Organizer is a comprehensive document that allows us to really get a picture of your filing needs. It also cues you to deductions that taxpayers often overlook. Without your documentation, we will not be able to know whether or not you are entitled to various deductions.

• Enter all relevant information in the designated areas on each page.
• Please feel free to add any notes or questions that might help us find ways to save you money.
• If you need to include additional information or have questions, you may attach an additional page.
• If there is an area that doesn’t pertain to you, please mark through the area or put NA (not applicable) in the space. This will let us know that the information wasn’t overlooked.

Please review the Tax Organizer and E-File/Fee Collect Authorization forms carefully and fill them both out neatly and accurately. Include the Efile/Fee Collect Form and the Tax Organizer froms with all your other tax documents.

FORMS NEEDED TO FILE

The Tax Organizer and Efile Forms are needed to file.  There are several ways you can complete the forms.

• You can print out your forms by using the green links below and include the forms with your documents you send to us
• You can complete the forms, then upload them to your LISCIO Account (Click on the green links below)
• You can complete the online links below to have them submitted directly to Lynch Accounting (Click on the blue links below)

If you have any trouble with the Efile/Fee Collect form or the Tax Organizer form, please don’t hesitate to contact us. With the downloadable, PDF version,  you can type in fields, but the forms need to be printed out and submitted with your tax documents.
